The rooms are quite small however quite adequate for the time we were in our room. My daughter and I arrived for a cycling trip with our two bikes so it was squishy however we made it work. The hotel is in the city centre close to the water and shopping areas. The buffet breakfast is provided in the neighbouring Egan restaurant. It was the most comprehensive and amazing breakfast we have enjoyed all trip. Emily at the front reception gets a HUGE shoutout for going above and beyond to help us ship our bike box to Bergen for our return home and it was not an easy task. She was just such an amazing and engaging person. She was working well above her position.

Right beside the central station of Oslo, super convenient. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Guest room is bit small and no air conditioning which is common in Northern Europe. The hotel provides a fan instead. Overall is quite a nice place to stay.

The hotel is right next to the main train station in Oslo, which is great. The included breakfast at Egon was ABSOLUTELY amazing. That alone was worth the stay.

Typical European-style hotel. Cramped rooms, marginal beds, tiny bathrooms and showers. The staff was great and it was nice to have a bar on site. The location next to the train station is a big plus.

We used the guest laundry to do a load of laundry for our family of four after tent camping for a week. The lobby area was lovely with a bar. This hotel is also attached to the train station as well as shopping. Really enjoyed our visit

Very unhappy

When our train turned back, we were advised to book a hotel back in Oslo with a predicted return at 1am. I found our hotel with a room for my family close to the train station and paid extra to have the flexibility to cancel. When we finally arrived at 4 am I learned we could NOT cancel because changes and cancellation had to take place BEFORE 6 am which was 18h prior to the booking. I will never use hotels.com again.

The location is a key advantage of this hotel — easily accessible from the central train station and reachable from the airport. Our room had an amazing view of the bay and the Opera House. The rooms were quiet, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

The location was very convenient. The building connects directly to the Central Station. Many shops and restaurants around and close to many attestations in walking distance. Loved the breakfast. The only negative, there is only one hotel bicycle to borrow. Not useful if you are with a partner or a friend. Two or more would have been perfect.

Great location in central Oslo

Arrived by train, this hotel was connected to the station by a shopping centre. Very central location minutes form the opera house and Munch museum. All staff spoke English and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. Room was small but adequate.

Super convenient hotel right next to the train station and located downtown Oslo. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! There was something for everyone. From crepes to scrambled eggs to cereals to fruit to croissants to fish and vegetables, it was a feast! Absolutely delicious and the staff were super nice and welcoming. The only thing negative we need to mention is that, being right downtown Oslo, the noise level was quite high up until midnight.
