All is good!

As always, excellent service. Room was clean and very spacious with all the commodities. We were given on the first floor which we didn’t like but they very kind to give us another room on the upper floor. Thanks for your attention.

Stayed at the Business Inn because we seen a show at the Arts Centre, and this hotel was within walking distance. It was easy to get to, and had underground parking available. Excellent price with very large rooms. Rooms had everything you would need for a long stay, and even had a balcony. Hotel was secure. Very comfortable bed. Room was clean. Bar in hotel had pool tables. Bar and hotel staff were great. Will stay again.

My wife and I stay here everytime we visit Ottawa. Its like being home. All the rooms are great and fully equipped with absolutely everything you need at a very fair price. We love the location and it's proximity to everything we need. Great restaurants and pubs within a block or two and of course very close to downtown, the parliament, the arts centre and the ByWard market.
