A good find

It was easy to find from the train station. The hotel is in a good spot. 10 mins walk to the major sights. There are a number of bars, restaurants, cafes very close to the hotel. The area is quiet. The room was very comfortable and had everything you need. I used the oven due to being gluten free. The breakfast has a large number of options, no bread if gluten free. The room was very clean.

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille ! Nous vins eu la chance d'avoir une suite au 5e étage au bout du couloir. Aucun bruit le soir et surtout les lits étaient confortables. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un salle mais celle-ci était bondé alors nous déjeunions dans la chambre. Nous avions une salle à manger et une cuisine très bien équipé. Le secteur est sécuritaire et à moins d'un km du parlement a pied. Nous avons mangé dans deux restaurant à moin de 500 mètre de l'hôtel. Les prix étaient très raisonnable. Si planifie un autre voyage à Ottawa j'irais à cet hôtel.

This was the perfect stay for us. As someone with celiac disease, I loved having a kitchen to store safe food for myself as well as the posted gluten free options at breakfast. Everything was walkable and the staff never failed to help us.

A huge space and well run. Parking is expensive but if you get up at 7am you can park on the road overnight if you can find a spot. A full apartment, full kitchen, closets, well appointed. So good for a family. Breakfast included,, not super yummy but hot and convenient. Great find in the heart of the city! Confusing arrival as there is little parking in front and nowhere for stopping. Really amazing for a downtown hotel to have this much space and convenience. Walkable to everything. Definitely will return.

Great room 2 king beds and a sofa bed. Very spaciois and clean. Little kitchen and dish soap. Very handy. Nice clean spacious bathroom. Only downside is the carpeted floor, no opening windows and it can be a bit noisy because it is on a main road.

Eastern Canada trip

Overnight stop on the way to Québec, the big regret is I only stayed one night, the Business Inn is worth a longer visit. Very comfortable and well fitted room if you want to self cater instead of eating out. Friendly staff and easy to get around by public transport. Don't miss a walk around the park next to the hotel before getting a bus to Parliament Hill

Great place

Good location, within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, less than 25 minutes to Byward Market. Very clean. Had everything we needed at breakfast and plenty of gear to bring it back to the room. No recycling though. Would definitely stay there again.
