was pleasantly surprised by the size of the mini-suite. Lots of room & all the conveniences anyone would need even for a week long stay. Full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishes & 2 large flat screen tv's. Had king bed & also pull-out couch. Breakfast was complete with eggs, meats, juices, cereals etc.... Room was very modern & clean. Underground parking was extra at 25$, but very practical with the winter conditions outside.

Great Surprise.

What a great surprise. Th room was an old one bedroom apartment. Full kitchen with dishes and cutlery as well. The staff (Albert) was very accommodating and helpful.

The building was under some renovations, but it didn’t affect us other than needing to take a different elevator. We were very happy with everything, enjoyed having a breakfast included, and especially loved one of the staff at the front desk (didn’t remember his name, worked the evening of Jan. 28 & 29th, tall/slim with brown hair and glasses). He was very informative, caring and willing to help in any way he could! We will definitely recommend your hotel!!!

Upgraded room but did not disclose that it was located right next to rooms being refurbished. Room heater did not heat room adequately, shower water was Luke warm at best (they came and fixed), TV in bedroom did not operate at all. Breakfast was amazing. Room was spacious. Check in was friendly.
