I was confirmed and checking in and was told upon check in TJ’s they have no room for me and had to rebook me elsewhere, This is totally unacceptable and an absolute total inconvenience. Furthermore, I was booked several blocks away n an older hotel an away from friends who are booked at the metcalfe. I expect a full refund for this bad bad experience -

Only thing I can say ia there was no air conditioning for the whole building. I dont know if it was turned off for the whole hotel but the rooms were very hot. It is October but it was mid 20s temperature the whole weekend
