The Queens Hotel

"The safety of the room needs to be improved urgently. The window next to the children’s beds opened fully and didn’t have a lock to secure it. We kept waking up during the night out of worry in case the children opened it. This is really dangerous and is something we flagged up to the receptionist.
The pool water was also very murky and you could barely see whilst swimming which made us question the cleanliness of the water. "
