Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. We were a group of 6, 2 seniors, 2 children, and 2 adults spending 2 weeks in Europe. This stay was at the end of our trip and the staff made us feel very welcome. They also assisted with transportation to the airport and helped a few of us with our luggage. The continental breakfast was perfect for something light before our travel and the kids had leftovers for snacks. Highly recommend, the location was great for visiting Paris and getting from the train station to the hotel, then onto the airport.

I thought the value was good for my single room. I found the staff to be really helpful whenever we needed anything. I stayed in December and the heat would sometimes turn up to 24 even though I tied to keep it on 15 and needed to open the windows to keep the room cool. I needed to shut them while I slept due to noise and the air would get a bit stale. I also stayed on the first floor and could hear the music starting at 6am downstairs. I wish I didn't opt for the breakfast because it was really just breads and some meats and some morning they had beans or eggs but it wasn't consistent.

Most Staff was amazing, however the mini fridge didn’t work and the bathroom was quite small (bare that in mind) there’s limited closet space, overall was hygienic, location was good in the sense of it being close to everywhere however it was bad in the sense of it being in 18th, apparently it’s a bad area and it was very evident when all that would happen when we would leave would be approached by men either asking for alcohol or our numbers. Don’t take public transport near there as an tourist always stick with bolt.

Photos are very misleading about the size of the rooms. If you’re over 5’6” you can’t even close the door on the toilet. The lights barely turn on. There were three rat traps under the bed. Very thin walls, can hear the other rooms. The bathroom smelt. They don’t clean your room for ‘eco’ reasons. You can ask for new towels and coffee but be specific because I had to ask for the coffee, milk and cups separately apparently and then just stopped asking. Location and water pressure great to be fair but we couldn’t wait to leave.
