The staff were all very friendly and communication was great as they all spoke English, which was convenient for my daughter and I since we don’t speak a whole lot of French, even the communication through messaging before our arrival was great they responded quickly and answered any questions I had. They were extremely accommodating our room ready for hours early for our arrival and even had decorated it for my daughter‘s birthday! The room was small, but perfect for our needs with just the two of us there it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We looked out the back of the building, so there was no view was kind of disappointing, but I love that the windows opened up to let in the fresh breeze. It was very quiet, except in the evenings. If you had the windows open, you could hear people outside, which was no big deal because when you close the windows could not hear them so very peaceful. There were plenty of restaurants and shops close by. It was a very short 3 to 4 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro and bus stop. We definitely loved staying in the smaller boutique hotel instead of a large hotel in the city, but definitely gives you the Parisian experience. Will definitely stay there again if we go back!
