Dear Luisa, Many thanks for you nice rating about Hotel Chavanel on Ebookers! We are most happy to read that you enjoyed the design of our rooms, together with the general comfort of our premises. Refering to your request for extra toiletries, it is not part of french standards for 4stars hotels to put toothbrush and razor in each bathroom, but they are available on request , with no extra fee, at the reception desk.
