Good morning sir, and thank your for sharing with us. We are sorry to learn that your stay did not gave you full satisfaction. About the late check-in you mention, we have many times advised our partner sites and agencies that the official time is15h. Thank you anway for bringing this point to our attention, we will contact them again to make sure this information is well shared. As you can see, our reception service is happy to invite you to the restaurant area, where you can sit comfortably, enjoying a coffee and a snack, to occupy this time that we strive to make for you as short and pleasant as possible. We are susprised to hear about the state of the room you mention, as cleaning is one of our top priorities, and housekeeping itself enjoys a high degree of expectation from us. I am sorry to hear that the room size wasn’t suited to you. I understand that, according to foreign spaces Parisian places can seem small but in regard to the three stars standards of the city our entry level rooms are in the average size. We also have bigger rooms available if you wish for, and an upgrade service can be subscribed at any time during your stay. Front desk is of course at your entire service to discuss the modalities.
