Great location. A few blocks away from all the action, but a short walk to find the action. Great cafes and restaurants nearby with excellent food and happy hour pricing. Highly recommend!

Hotel is comfortable for a Paris 3-star and in a great location. Sadly the street stinks of urine all the time and the homeless seem to like to sleep close to here. Staff are not super customer friendly, except for one gentleman (the manager?) who was very pleasant.

This property is in the perfect location (especially if you are visiting Paris for the first time). I think you get a TON of value for your money given the proximity to tourist attractions, metro stops, and great dining options. The folks that work here are helpful and kind. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again on my next trip to Paris.
