A really nice hotel neatly located in Paris. Situated in a vibrant neighbourhood with lots of restaurants with great food and drinks. Loved the room, the appliances (espresso machine, shampoo, lovely tea) and the most silent hotel in Paris I have stayed in (in Paris, there is almost always a lot of noise due to when the most buildings are built). Stayed on the weekend and there is some renovations across the street so I'm not sure how it is on a weekday. The staff is wonderful, helpful and had great recommendations. And a lovely breakfast, really good yoghurt, tea, coffee and soft croissants. The only thing I thought could improve was that the breakfast area is a bit bright, would have been a bit cosier with a more subdued lightning. The best stay I ever have had in Paris! Thank you! A bientôt!

Everyone who works there is great. Top quality customer service. I had issues with the temperature of the water in my shower and they fixed it quickly. My mates had a big dip in it so I could only sleep in one area. They need better quality mattresses and to replace ones that have big indentstions.
