While not a quaint little hotel in Paris, it has by far the best view of the Eiffel Tower and is is within walking distance of the Champs Elyse. It met all of the high standards of the Hyatt Regency brand.

The hotel is in a pretty good neighborhood , nice lobby and staff available, very good breakfast buffet and nice view of Eiffel Tower. Very nice Sky Bar Rate of $600 a night, the room was not specious and water was not draining properly , few wall moisture damage . We had to ask for few amenities
