The staff was amazing, and the breakfast was good. The Takeaway breakfast, which was ready when I needed it to be early in the morning had a good variety. It was well situated in Dublin because of its proximity meeting, places of the tours. The only frustrating part was my key kept becoming demagnetized.
We did enjoy the area and the stay but due to a safety issue i cannot, in good mind, give this a good review. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. On our first morning here my friend, who was traveling with me, had a fall in the bathroom and we ended up in the hospital all day!!! The bathroom is sooooo small and upon getting out of the shower, he slipped and fell and broke his ribs on the toilet and cut his hand open on something during the fall. As we were traveling we had to pay full price for the hospital visit, $500 plus $40 for a taxi both ways and $25 for medications. The hotel was informed of the incident but nothing was offered to help pay for hospital or taxi rides to and from. This was the first day of our trip and we have not been able to do any of the things weve wanted to do on our vacation. Very disappointing.
The staff was very friendly no matter the time of day. Loved being able to check in early for the fee or having the option to keep our luggage for free so we could explore.
Really lovely stay - amazing view, comfy bed, hot shower, ample space, air con, bright room, friendly staff. I slept so well, which i usually don't when staying away. I didnt have the breakfast, so can't comment on that. I'm sure i'll be back when i return to Dublin.

I didn’t get to stay here for reasons beyond my control so my review is solely based on their customer services.
The day I was due to check in was the same day Heathrow airport was shut at short notice due to a power outage. I had booked a 3 night stay and was unable to travel. Although I booked this hotel as non-refundable, Expedia contacted the hotel twice to ask if they would waive this due to the circumstances being beyond my control. The hotel refused on both occasions. Given that the hotel would have had a strong opportunity to resell my room due to passengers flying to Heathrow being stranded in Dublin, I find the hotel’s response very disappointing.
This iz a lovely hotel. Central to everything. Good bus route.
Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty to choose from.
Very clean. Lovely staff.
We had a twin roon. It was a very tight squeeze. Difficult to move round beds. Not much hanging space. Small bathrokm. But we managed for 3 nights.
Hotel was immaculate & really central to everything, really good location, the staff were really nice and friendly & the breakfast was really good value, I've booked this hotel again for our next trip in June 🙂👍
The staff was extremely friendly and efficient! The food at the hotel was outstanding, especially the breakfast. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. It was convenient to anywhere in Dublin. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you, Diane and Steve Widzicki United States
