Everything was simple and great and the service was perfect. We missed a little fridge in the room, but nothing else to complain about.

Preiswertes Hotel in mässig schöner Umgebung

Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet und schön sauber. Die Umgebung ist nicht das schönste von Paris aber mut der Nahen Metrostation ist auch dieser Makel aufgehoben.

Hotel d un grand nom et son etat lamentable

La fumée de la cigarette est partout dans les chambres meme non fumeur, bruit des chasses d eau,femmes de service ne respectent les clients desirant profiter des grasses matinées meme avec le ticket "ne pas déranger"... En plus de ca, le responsable a la reception, la 1 ere nuit, du 24 au 25 novembre, nous a donné,une chambre au rez de chaussée comme si j ai fait une reservation a la derniere minute dont son etat lamentable, la porte ne ferme pas, moisissure etc... Cet hotel doit etre mois classé qu un IBIS BUDGET. Le personnel accueillant et professionnel,sauf la 1ere nuit.

la douche manquait d'un "débouchage"! Heureusement que j'étais seule, avec deux douches de suite, le bac aurait débordé!!! Panique au petit déjeuné! Une seule personne à tout préparer c'est trop juste, elle ne peut pas faire la vaisselle, réapprovisionner le buffet, tout faire ou alors il faut qu'elle soit plus rapide!!!C'est peut-être une solution! Mauvaise expérience au réveil douche +petit déj!!!
