3-day family stay in somewhat noisy Paris

Great location, 2 minutes from Metro and 20 minutes walk to gare de Lyon. Very small lobby with free water station, both flat and sparkling! There was a €5 Express to-go breakfast option which was great and cheaper to most other sit-down options nearby. Elevator does NOT take you to your floor. You need to walk up or down one half floor. Room was small but functional: we had the family room. Noisy: Construction was in full swing across the street, starting at around 7am. It woke me up but the rest of the family slept ok. Several ambulances and police cars passed by during the night, probably due to the presence of an nearby hospital.

The location is excellent (3 mins to metros, a lot of restaurants downstair), the staff are super nice, and there are air conditioning, which is important for summar visit.

Comfortable and convenient

I stayed here because of its proximity to Gare de Lyon - just a 15 minute walk but half the price of the hotels right at the station. The room was typical Parisian tiny but so well organized it wasn’t bad! The bathroom even had a shelf for toiletries which is such a nice bonus and it wasn’t crazy small. The room was very clean and modern and had a coffee/tea maker plus a little mini fridge. The best part was the AC which worked great as it was over 90 degrees in Paris. The immediate area is fine- nothing particularly charming but you’re so close to other areas/metro/the Seine it’s no big deal plus there is a huge botanical garden right behind the hotel which was lovely.

Very nice little hotel in a great location and for a reasonable price! It's closeness to Gare d'Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon metro and RER stations makes a great difference compared to other hotels of similar style

The hotel was well situated within a short walking distance of Gare d'Austerlitz (Metro 5 & 9 + RER C) so easy to get around. Very clean hotel and good continental breakfast for 12€. Ideally situated with a choice of bar/restaurants, a small supermarket and medical centre adjacent. Our room, although compact, was comfortable and very clean. The staff were very helpful and our room came with free WiFi. There was filtered tap water readily available to refill our water bottles whenever we wished. The room had air conditioning, although this was controlled through the front desk so you had to ask for it to be changed to your comfort. Although on a main street and close to the station we slept well in comfortable beds. We would stay again without hesitation.
