We enjoyed the beach, although there is no gate for pedestrians to access it. We had to walk around which rendered our walk longer. Suggest you install a gate for pedestrians and if access is an issue, have guests use their room key card to enter and exit the gate. The pool should also be open, even if it is the wrong colour liner. Keep the inddor pool closed but open the outdoor pool!

Noisy neighbours above me which night manager did talked to and had quite down a little bit. Next night was pretty quite. Perfect.

The only thing I'm critical about was my noisy neighbours above me the first night. woke me up three times. the latest at 1:30 am. I taught to the night manager who had a word with them. They were still noisy but did quite down a bit.. The next day was much better. Almost night and day.

Loved that it was central to the beach and other amenities including dining options. We walked to the beach almost every day and that was one of our favorite things to do. The TV in the room was too small and the room was not as advertised. We still made it work and had a good vacation.

We have stayed here on trips before and enjoyed our stay. This time we were a little disappointed. For two of the night we stayed there we found our bed not made up after being out for most of the day. Also needed to request coffee and creamers from the front desk as they had not be replaced, along with hand towels and face cloths.

Negative: We checked out a week ago and still have not received our $100.00 deposit refund. The pools were shut down after the time of booking. Would have been nice to know this. I would have moved to a different hotel. The pool was 75 percent of the reason I booked there. No comp on anything. Why weren’t we notified?
