Stayed for 5 days, no cleaning or housekeeping provided. Shower taps were incorrect - but plenty hot water though! Parking is a bit hit and miss - too many yank trucks parking in 4 spaces…. A busy motel and lots of people but room was quiet.

Lift not working so had to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs, I’m 77 and my wife had back surgery three weeks ago! Asked for a wake up call at 5.20 am to catch a flight out but no call was made to us. Luckily I woke.

Paid what is above the normal price in the area for a room, the room had maintenance work half done and very small for the around it cost. Should have been discounted. Give the amount of times I have stayed there you would think they would look after regular clients?
