The room was clean, temperature was good, very spacious with a couch, good working space with convenient outlets. I took a star off for cleanliness because of food stains on the room service menu. Hallway can be noisy due to the open center configuration with voices echoing , but the room was well insulated and quiet. The front desk service was not at the best. Arrived past 1am and had to wait for a staff to show up for over 10min, nothing about parking ticket was mentioned then, but next day it took extra 20-30min to drive out of the property due to lack of registration although i put it on online check in.. I checked out early morning. I was unsure about parking cost, and again I waited for a staff for 15min at the counter until I noticed that the desk staff was actually in a room adjacent. Took the airport shuttle twice. It was running 25-30min cycle, which is less frequent than what I initially heard.

Enjoyed the stay. Building design on the inside was unique. Dining room was only open for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had a great selection for a buffet.

This hotel was a disappointment. The bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water in the sink, the room was charmless. I paid for breakfast and they had no decaf coffee and when I tried to order the yogurt parfait, there was no fresh fruit either. Just not a lot of healthy options. The gym was nice as was the airport shuttle. The area around the hotel was not nice at all. Just a bunch of hotels and highways.

WiFi not working during my stay

The WiFi was not working for my 2 night stay, so certain tv stations as well phone couldn’t connect. I went to the font desk and was told that they had power issues the weekend before and it might still be affecting the WiFi. Not sure why the router/WiFi wasn’t working or if there was a bigger issue.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The 24hr shuttle service was really great when I needed a ride late at night. Made my flight getting cancelled and unable to get home more tolerable. Thank you!
