Roach Found

While the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, we encountered a pretty battered room (ripped/stained couch, ripped carpet, busted phone, messed up mattress, etc). The worst part was encountering a baby cockroach in the restroom within 5 minutes of us entering the room. The staff was quick to offer us a room change, but we didn’t feel comfortable staying in a hotel in that state and had to leave to find other accommodations.

We stayed at this facility every time we came to Phoenix area. The staff were all excellent. Nikki was so accommodating to our request and fulfilled them all. They all worked beyond customers' expectations. We will stay here again when we visit the area.

Gave me keys to a dirty room

Off to a rough start when Phoenix police was there responding to a call. The woman at the front desk was very nice but I was given keys to a room that, when I entered, had trash and an unmade bed. There was only one working elevator so had to wait a few min to go back down and was given keys to another room. Got to room after elevator wait and the keys didn’t work. So had to go back down again. The hotel is in poor quality and needs an upgrade. Several power outlets in the room didn’t work, the mattress is coming apart at the seams, There is an odd and unpleasant odor throughout the building. In addition, many transients in the area. I will not stay here again.

The bathtub dripped all the time, cracks in the cielong, carpet filthy, toliet had to be flashed twice and the sink faucet top would come off when turned on.

We only stayed here one night and then used them for their great and super convenient Uber ride to the airport. They also allow for parking while you’re gone. Staff super great! Very quiet. Beautiful fire pit to chill by.

Pool was definitely not heated, felt like an ice bath. Pool hours listed as open at 6 a.m. but when we went down were told it didn't open until 9 a.m.

Super dirty rooms. Carpets in the room was full of stains. Leaky faucets kept us up. Windows were so dirty you can’t see out of them. Area is also very sketchy. The pictures online make it look way better.

In town for a medical procedure.

Property needs work. Very nice staff. only one elevator working. Missing a lamp for the workspace, which they brought to me later. Needed extra towels, which was also sent to our room. The room was comfortable enough. the towels were a bit worn. I was told improvements were coming. If that happens? I will stay again.
