It’s a well located property next to ASU with a lite rail station across the street. Very convenient to Mill Avenue. It is a good choice when visiting the area

This was my second stay this year at the hotel and I stay in several hotels. This staff was professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Nestled in the Arizona State University and famous Mill Avenue downtown Tempe areas, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and plenty of night life in the immediate area. I had an emergency business shipment and the staff handled the issue as the pros they are! My early check-in was ready and the overall stay was very relaxing. Bring your swimwear as the 11th floor pool and views at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking. The complimentary breakfast was nice too. Couldn't complain about the rooms at all. I highly recommend this hotel!

I like the way your rooms have a kitchen and its very spacious. I also like my room had 2 TV's, so I could watch my own shows and my guest can enjoy their shows. What I dislike, which is not very often when I stay here, the curtain in my room couldn't close all the way. Which some sunlight came through. And had a problem with the living room TV, the remote wouldn't work. I did call down and they switched out the remote, but still wouldn't work. Luckily I was technology savy, I got it to work myself.

Nice hotel

The hotel was great, and the room was huge, but we got a handicap-accessible room. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny bathroom sink for such a big space. The views were amazing; we could see Mill Ave, Phoenix, the bridge, and Tempe Town Lake. From the roof, we could see everything, like the ASU campus and A Mountain. The pool was a bit small, but it was nice, and there's also a nice little gym up there. I didn't hear any noise unless we were outside. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
