My reservation and told him I had to have ground floor or a working elevator they promised me they would put me on ground floor or there'd be an elevator because I had to disabled people with oxygen machines and a 83 year old person and when we got there the elevator didn't work and they had us on the second floor tell them sorry we need to be on the ground floor and they told us too bad just because you're disabled we can't change your rooms and I said that's beside the point we booked rooms on the ground floor I talked to an actual person we even talk to Expedia they wouldn't do nothing for Expedia it wouldn't work with us and they wouldn't refund us our $700 we paid it was miserable we had to say and love all that up and down steep ass ramp also they said it'll be $100 deposit when I booked and then when I got there they told me it would be $200 and I would get $190 back when I left if the room was good enough I said what's the $10 for that you're keeping they told me that was a service fee I said I've already paid $50 or $60 in service fees that's crazy so yeah I wouldn't tell anybody to stay there

Charged an additional 100 deposit was told day of check out the deposit would be sent back by 4pm now hotel is saying there was dog hair on the bed and are keeping the deposit. do they not wash the bedding between each stay?

Disappointed travelers

Upon arriving at our hotel we were informed the the elevators were not working. Our assigned room was on the 2nd floor. I explained to them that my husband was handicapped and we needed a first floor room because he stuggles with steps. They said oh there are ramps available going to each floor. They also informed me that there would be an upcharge to switch rooms and they did not have a king room available. When we got to our room the room smelled okay. It had linoleum flooring which was nice. The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the tub was dirty and nasty. The sink was cracked and broken. You were able to wash your hands in the sink. We went to get ice in our ice bucket and the ice maker on the second floor was broken. We went to the first floor and the ice malker was unplugged for the season and they had not turned it back on. They advertised that they give you a voucher for breakfast at the Reagan's house of Pancakes that was right next door. When they gave us our voucher for our breakfast we were informed that we would present our voucher and we would get a stack of pancakes and a drink. But, if we wanted anything more we would be charged. We did upgrade our food voucher to get the breakfast buffet and the food was very good! We were very disappointed in our overall experience. In conclusion, we will not be staying at the Red Roof Inn in Pigeon Forge again. On a side note, I tried to post pictures and it would not let me.

Very comfortable extended stay

The hotel itself is a little dated however th room and property is kept clean and maintained. Its within walking distance to the great attractions, easy access to a red light intersection making it easy to leave the property in either direction. I spent 5 days at this location, was comfortable. The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing, very friendly,informative and helpful which made the check in and out extremely easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again

Firat 5 mins- saw a roach- no thank.you; we took "Bob" to them and they said we planted it...um bud why would we plant something if we were gonna leave 10 mins after checking in...! Enjoyed our stay. We booked the room that had bunk beds in it for the kids which was convenient and met our needs. I do wish the TV had more channel options but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Air conditioner in both rooms was extremely loud obnoxious. Staff was friendly and parking was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Surprises at the Red Roof Inn

There was a $100 deposit, but they automatically deducted $5.00 for desk services. SURPRISE!!! Both the deposit and subsequent deduction was a complete surprise, neither of which I appreciated. Also, we stayed 3 nights, but our room was not cleaned on oue first full day. That again was a surprise. I will not stay there again!

Roaches in the shower when giving my children a bath. When checking out I Left the room spotless. All trash gone . Beds made. All used towels in tub. Was told I would receive my $100 deposit back but when it came back it wasn’t in full. Then charged me for a stain on a duvet that was not from my room !! Dissatisfying !!!
