We often stayed at this property when visiting family, however, will stay elsewhere going forward as the property has really gone downhill. The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was terrible and staff seemed to be less than happy to be there.

Have stayed at this hotel for the convience to Pittsburgh Airport. Bed was a little too hard and didn't get a good night sleep, but that is a personal preference. Staff could use some training on professionalism - desk clerk yelled in a joking manner to another staff member while I was checking in ... not very appropriate.

We used to consider Marriott a step up from the other hotel chains, however, lately they seem to have fallen into the average category. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and inviting. However, the glasses in our room were not clean. In fact, there were used glasses on a table in the hallway that were there our entire stay. One of the treadmills in the gym was not working. The room itself could use a mirror and sink outside the bathroom so people can get ready without having to wait. Nothing super negative, again, just 'average'.

Firstly I would like to mention that this is my 4th trip to Pittsburgh this year and my first and last time staying in this hotel. First night, run out of conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. ( I had my own) second day the blow dryer didn’t work and took two phone call to front to get it replaced. The “clean” towel were stained with “red” disgusting. No usb to charge your devices, no microwave.

A good stay

Front desk clerk was friendly but hard to understand, She talked so fast about the details of the hotel I missed most of it. However the guy in the evening at the food and bar counter was awesome. The tile in the shower could use a cleaning or redo. But overall was a good stay
