Here is a clear, formal, and polished version suitable for a hotel review: The location was acceptable; however, the room we were given was extremely noisy due to its proximity to the freeway. The heating system was not automatic and continued to increase the temperature unless manually turned off. Because of the constant noise and uncomfortable room conditions, I was unable to sleep. Additionally, breakfast staff did not inform us that the buffet was closing, so we don’t have time to grab something to eat. I would not return to this hotel.

No real complaints. There were minor things. One of my rooms had a cigarette butt found in the coffee keurig. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff members were fine. Check in and out process were fine. Rooms were stocked with its necessities.

Ooof...our stay was not ideal. I think it's best to explain about the location issues so it is well known to people looking to book. The hotel is DIRECTLY next to the highway and it is very loud, you cannot sleep. The parking is also an outdoor lot under the bridge. The room had a little trash left on the floor and some of the lights did not work. There are two blinking lights in the room that go all night and the heater/ac is very loud. The pool was clean but it was definitely chilly for the kids. The staff was pleasant. Due to the location and noise I do not think we would stay here again.

The 2 bed suite was a nice size. The non city-view room allowed moderate amount of noise in from the nearby highway. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to consider a city view room or another property altogether. Room was starting to show its age but not to an unacceptable level. Overall, happy with the value.
