Incidential return late

Perfect for staying near stadiums. Incidental fee is $100 dollars and does not get back in to account for a few days which is a hard stop for staying there again. Had no incidentials and over 4 days for money to come back

Room was on the north side which had the interstate and railroad tracks. Lobby was nice. The free breakfast was probably one of the best ones ive had. Best part was we were a block from pnc park which is why we were there. Parking was a pain to figure out and a tight squeeze

Considering this is a hotel in the middle of a very busy city, it is its own little oasis. The rooms are spacious. The whole area is very clean. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. And the staff is great! Helpful, attentive, offered options for meals and sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again

(This review is more for Expedia instead of HIE) I did not choose 2 queen beds, because I saw an option of a twin bed besides a bigger bed (booked through Expedia with my email but with my son's name this time) Reservation made on the same day of checking in. It was a rush already, but I did not foresee the car problem and finally checked in at 2:30AM. It worked out fine after the staff viewed our reservation record and switched to a room with 2 queen beds. The reservation did NOT show anything with a twin bed (only stated a standard room) and the hotel had NO such room with a twin bed. It would have been very detrimental as we arrived extremely tired and could not settle with only 1 bed. The parking fee in the city is also high. I did not pay attention to a city location and did not remember any warning during booking.
