Staff was efficient and friendly, room was clean and well layed out, bed was comfortable and I really liked the handy desk. it is in need of some minor updates in the public areas inside and building repairs on the outside in particular the ceiling of the roof over the checkin area. The shuttle service to the airport has been reliable.

Free shuttle from airport to hotel was great! All employees that I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. No “hot” breakfast during the week, because it’s only available on the weekends. But felt hotel was a great deal for the price and close to the airport was the main attraction. Bob Evans across the street and several other eateries nearby also.

I got stuck in Pittsburgh because of snowstorm and count make it to my next destination. The staff was extremely helpful, the front desk helped me arrange the transfer from and to the airport and overall I had a great sleep. I missed breakfast because I was so exhausted.

ds fair: The staff was fine but not very welcoming. The hotel was not clearly marked. The roadside sign appeared temporary and possibly handwritten, while the building sign says Hampton Inn. When I mentioned this at check-in, the staff member did apologize, but the tone felt sarcastic. I was also spoken to sharply by the breakfast staff for using the wrong cup for waffle batter, with a loud “no.” It felt unnecessary, as it was a minor issue. Overall, the hotel felt disorganized. Temporary paper signs on the room doors made the property feel unfinished and unprofessional.
