Das Service der Rezeption könnte sich ein bisschen verbessern. Man hat mir keine genaue Informationen über den öffentlichen Verkehr gegeben. Beim Check-out musste ich extra telefonieren, damit jemand zur Rezeption kommt, obwohl es hieß, dass immer jemand da ist.
