Amazing hotel! Would definitely visit again

Whilst being out of the centre of Porto the hotel more than makes up for the slight inconvenience! Fantastic welcome, glass of port whilst checking in, Oscar explained where everything was and showed us to our room. Breakfast with fizz!! Good selection. We had room service and also had a special Valentines 5 course dinner with wine which was amazing. Outdoor Pool area is nice, a shame it wasn't summer to be able to use it, however the indoor pool and spa area is lovely for winter. There are a few public buses which go from outside the hotel to Ribeira and Campanha Station. Taxi from Campanha Sration was €7 and taxi to airport was €24. We walked the 12km to Boa Vista along the river and up the coast. Some nice fish restaurants with sea views, you can catch the bus or tram from Porto Centre.

fantastic experience

Zeer gastvrij hotel

Prachtige locatie . Uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Stipte shutttle service van en naar het centrum. Uitstekend culinair restaurant. Echt genoten van ons verblijf. Een aanrader.

Spannender Städtetrip

Mit einem Glas Portwein empfangen zu werden ist ziemlich cool und lässt einen das Feeling dieser Stadt gut spüren. Ausser vielleicht die Sauna lässt sich nichts besser machen! Super!

Séjour très agréable

Parfait pour notre séjour touristique de 4 jours à Porto. L'hôtel est très confortable et idéalement situé, le service irréprochable (attentionné et efficace). Buffet petit déjeuner d'un bon niveau, la vue magnifique sur le Douro en prime pour quelques tables privilégiées. Le restaurant est en rapport avec le standing de l'établissement. Le supplément des chambres avec vue sur le Douro est pleinement justifié. Le seul petit bémol fut le Spa fermé pour rénovation, les prochains en profiteront... Etablissement recommandé sans réserve.

Très bel hôtel

Très bel Hôtel avec un personnel très aimable. Pour les prestations hôtelières, le niveau est encore un peu à parfaire et n'atteint pas celui d'un relais et chateau en France par ex.(mais je suis de nature exigeante) Malgré cela, globalement c'est très bien. Les chambres qui sont exclusivement dans l'ancienne usine réhabilitée située à côté du palais baroque sont spacieuses et confortables.Agréable séjour à Porto. Les deux piscines sont très agréables. Les prix au bar et au restaurants sont très corrects pour un 5 étoiles. A conseiller.

très classe

Hôtel très classe, très beau bien situé. Nous avions une voiture de location permettant en 5mn de rallier le centre de Porto. La situation sur les quais offre un côté très pratique pour rayonner dans la régio, même si en venant de l'aéroport sans plan l'hotel n'est pas évident à trouver la 1ere fois. L'hotel en lui-même est digne du standing affiché, personnel agréable et toujours prêt à rendre service, personnel de chambre discret, rapide et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Petit bémol sur le restaurant, bon, mais un poil cher, et surtout rien pour manger ailleurs alentours sans prendre la voiture. L'espace piscine / spa est très agréable, surtout en hiver. Vue sur le Douro imprenable et magnifique. Le trajet chambres réception est un peu fastidieux (double ascenceur), mais c'est un détail mineur. Excellent séjour

très bon choix

séjour entre amis :2 couples avec 1 enfant , 6 ans 9 ans .Pour le réveillon du 31 décembre , nous avons choisi de rester à l'hotel et ce fut très chaleureux , cosmopolite et animé ; le diner fut parfait avec des mets à base de poissons et crustacés surtout , délicieux, puis une soirée dansante à partir de minuit .Les 2 jours précédents , nous avons visité Porto .Pour rejoindre le centre , il faut un bus et un métro ou un taxi ( le petit inconvénient )
