The hotel is located near shopping and lots of restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions. On two days of our stay, our tours were meeting early, before breakfast. The staff made us breakfast to go. The rooms are large and comfortable.

The room was very clean and we loved having a balcony to use for breakfast and in the evening as the room was very small. Staff were always helpful and friendly. The mattress was in need of extra padding as it was not the most comfortable for me but the staff kindly added an extra padding for us. The location was great for access to metro stations and walking to attractions. Overall a great place to stay for a few nights.

We had 3rd floor room, excellent view from shuttered windows and balcony over Porto to rear of hotel. Breakfast always delivered to room exactly on time, reception staff ever-present and very helpful. Wee enjoyed a wee slice of cake and a cup of tea at 4pm to recharge. Staircase is the main feature of the hotel which is both lovely and a cross to bear!
