FLH Suites in Porto is located in a busy tourist area however once you entered the FLH Suites the ambiance completely changes to a quiet and peaceful place. The FLH room set-up is much better that a 5-star hotel. The bed, pillows, linens and beddings are of great quality. The customer service is great! The receptionists are all nice and pleasant to talk with. They are very attentive to my requests. Also, I love the breakfast delivered to my room at my preferred time. And the daily afternoon treats is a big plus!! Not to mention the amazing Porto wine available at the lobby, or a choice of coffee or tea after a long walk outside. There is no elevator to go up to my room but it didn’t bother me and my husband. It’s a good work-out everyday! I will recommend FLH Suites to anyone looking for a great stay at Porto. The location is great, walking distance to most tourist attractions, and the customer service is superb!! My husband and I enjoyed our stay at FLH Suites. Will definitely come back again in the future!!

This place was amazing. Made us feel at home from the second we walked in.they bring breakfast right to your door in the morning. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again. Only thing it’s not handicap accessible. There’s lots of stairs on the way up, for someone who ate too much while I was on vacation definitely not a problem. (Not positive but I didn’t see an elevator)

Hotel is very clean, has great AC, and is right in the center of everything yet impressively quiet. Will warn we did not see an elevator and got to go up 5 flights of stairs each time we came back, but that’s not a big issue

Perfect location in the heart of Porto but also near the start of the Camino trail at the cathedral. Coffee and snack bread available 24/7. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean.

Be sure you know about the stairs, but if you have the mindset that you’re just gonna deal with them, the place is amazing! The friendliest people, the best breakfast and very comfortable beds. The location cannot be beat, and it is close to great food, shopping, and all the tourist things.

I want to preface my lower rating not by anything negative that occurred, rather discontent with reviews not matching the experience. The location is 10000% incredible. My honest opinion to help someone who may face mobility: Too. Many. Stairs. After climbing the hills all day and coming from Lisbon, the larger suite offered while it fit the price tag was not worth the painful 4 stories of non ADA compliant stairs. It was a painful mountain to climb with luggage and during the day made it a nuisance to want to go home to relax because there wasn’t much relaxation climbing stairs. The AC was very weak albeit they generously offered a fan which helped. The bathrooms: modern design does not constitute comfort. The bathroom is a sacred private space in which I do not need or want to hear everything, including seeing a silhouette of somebody using the bathroom, especially when breakfast is served to you in the room. It’s incredibly uncomfortable. I came with my fiance and even then no one is comfortable using a toilet where you hear EVERYTHING. We laughed and used the MTV music channel blasted to diffuse noise. All in all the staff was super kind and offered great suggestions. Breakfast was lovely and was nice being served in the room at the time you want. But I was disappointed that none of the previous reviews offered a transparent view on the technicalities.

Great hotel in a excellent location for exploring all the main sights of Porto. Nearest Metro station an easy walk away, plenty of shops on the doorstep and a straightforward journey back to the airport from the city. Staff were very friendly and the service was great. The hotel was very clean, the facilities were excellent and we found our room to be very peaceful despite the bustling street outside. We had a wonderful 4 night stay.
