Good location, good breakfast, bit dated

Stayed here for a few nights while on a weekend break (Dec 2011) , Location of hotel is pretty good not a long walk to the Charles Bridge or the castle but probably seemed longer as it was cold. During the summer i guess it would be a nice stroll across the pretty park and there is a museum very close and the river. Hotel Room was ok i booked a twin room which was small and a bit dated, felt a bit like staying with an elderly relative but it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom is on the small side like a little cabin inside the room, with a shower that never quite got to the right temperature too hot or too cold. Breakfast was good a nice selection of hot and cold food; bread, yoghurts, cheeses and meat and then hot foods were generally scrambled egg, sausages, Toast. Also a good selection of teas and coffee. The general feel of the hotel is Gothic, like a lot of hotels in prague seems a bit dated though but was clean and presentable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful one night i had to ask for some extra pillows and duvets and they bought these up quickly to my room. I also asked for the internet WIFI password, a lot of reviews said this was not free but they just gave me the password and i was able to access it for free . Overall pleasant stay good enough for somewhere to crash after a long day walking around prague.

Gigantisches Frühstück, super Matratzen. check in/out unkompliziert. Sehr Central gelegen, wir haben fast alles zu Fuss erreicht. Zimmer extrem ringhörig, hatte Ohr-pax dabei.Würden trotzdem wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Rauhallinen sijainti josta hyvät kulkuyhteydet

Mukava ja rauhallinen hotelli. Ainoa miinus oli kivikova sänky.

Kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta.

Ensikertainen vierailu vanhan Prahan tutustumiseen onnistui hyvin Kampa-hotellin valinnalla. Kartan katsominen valintaa tehdessä oma liikkuminen huomioiden auttoi päätöksen teossa. Onnistui : ). Erittäin runsaan aamiaisen turvin selvisi pitkälle päivään. Aamiaissali oli tilava holvikaarinensali jossa tarjoiluhenkilökunta hoiti kiitettävästi ruokailijoiden pöytien siisteyttä. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta riittävä. Matka lokakuussa, jolloin ulko/sisälämpöä sopivasti, huoneissa ei ilmastointia, mutta ajankohta ei sitä tarvinnut. Siivooja ystävällinen ja tunnollinen, kuten koko henkilökunta. Kokonaisarvioni 4/5.

Ideale Lage

Für Paare die gern ein ruhiges Hotel haben und trotzdem im Zentrum wohnen wollen ist dieses Hotel ideal! Warum das kann man schnell auf jeder Karte erkennen. Leider sind die Betten sehr hart, die Dusche ohne ausreichenden Druck und wenn die Küche ihren Dienst beginnt riecht es im gesamten Hotel nach Essen. Das der bewachte Parkplatz gleich am Hotel ist und nur 18€ kostet ist für Prag auch nicht selbstverständlich. Wer sich allerdings im Hotel persönlich angesprochen und aufgehoben fühlen will ist hier falsch. Wir waren jetzt das 12te Mal dort und werden immernoch unpersönlich abgearbeitet. Mehr als 3 Sterne sind daher nicht drin.
