I chose this hot based on reviews I read of how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were.
This was not the case.
They were very rude, not at all helpful and gave us the wrong time for our breakfast.
When I raised this, they didn’t come up with a solution or suggestion.
They claimed we had it written down on welcome card in the room.
We didn’t receive this so we had nothing to refer to.
We therefore missed out on breakfast and had to pay for brunch in the hotel.
we waited 35 mins to collect our bags for our return flight as the reception was overwhelmed by new guests.
No sense of organisation, total chaos , lack of staff around to help. We nearly missed our flight.
The hotel itself is stunning,
However the staff were very poor.
Felt very let down. And sadly won’t return to this hotel.
