Well, firstly I would say the hotel is new and the design is really nice. I stayed two times there. First visit was for only one night - I stayed in double room in main building where main reception is located. Second visit was for two nights - room type was suite in historical building facing street. Unfortunately in both cases the room was really dusty, trolley in the bathroom was full of dust and surfaces were not cleaned properly. On my second visit we asked for room cleaning. We arrived to the hotel after Whole day away and the room was not cleaned at all. I went down to the main reception and asked if it is standard that there is no housekeeping. I said we will leave the hotel in 20 minutes again and asked if they could clean the bedroom finally. I went back to my room and lady from housekeeping was standing in front of my room and wanted to enter. I stopped her and asked her to come back in 20 minutes as I asked the receptions two minutes ago! Nobody apologies, receptionist did not even speak properly Czech. I should admit that mayority of staff are not native Czech speakers and for non speaking Czech guests it might be a bit difficult. Also on official website they says that food is handled only with gloves. I had breakfast three times there and literally any staff was wearing gloves. Breakfast choice was not really great but for basic quick breakfast it is OK. They were wiping down the surfaces in breakfast area only with dry napkin..
