I have stayed here about 8 times and it does what I need. not too big, generally quiet, food adequate but not flashy. I would appreciate if sugar free option was available on cereals in the morning especially sugar fee muesli and shredded wheats for us diabetics. staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was lovely and situated brilliantly for me as i I don't walk very well. The view from the patio was outstanding watching the golfers doing part of their round. Can't wait to go back again in the summer when we can sit outside the room on the huge patio. The only thing i can fault it on was the dated furniture which had a few scratches here and there and some stains. We have already booked again for another 2 visits. Also the food in the restaurant wasn't brilliant but maybe we just chose the wrong dishes as the lady next to us had fish and chips and that looked lovely.

Plenty of parking. Very quiet setting, but this is what I wanted. Staff there if needed but not overbearing. I was on my own and felt comfortable throughout my stay. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the room even if a little out dated.

The hotel is a bit dated. The room was a good size but smelt badly of damp. The bathroom was the worst, the ceiling had mould on it which there had been an attempt to paint over but this doesn’t solve the problem of it needing to be treated. As it was downstairs I didn’t feel comfortable having the window open overnight. I did report this on checking out.
