Staff were very friendly and the family room was a good size. The price was excellent for what we got. The breakfast selection was great specially for the kids.
We had a wonderful time the bar staff was excellent one of them would go out of there way for you and knowing you can bring pets for next time we visit thank you

Very nice people, very accommodating for my needs. Lovely venue, and grounds. Great food. So very much prefer here than the large international hotels in the area.
Plenty of parking, separate hotel entrance. Easy check in , informative. Clean room, bar staff slightly noisy and unprofessional, breakfast good with a mix of cold and hot breakfast.
We stayed at the Villa for 2 weeks. The staff are exceptionally friendly and can’t do enough for you especially Caitlin the Reception Manager and all her Team and also the lovely bar staff Ian and Gosia sorry there were others too but I failed to get their names. The rooms are very clean again the cleaning staff are extremely friendly. The food we ate in the restaurant was very enjoyable. We stayed in the disabled room which is a little tired and in need of updating but the new owners are already in the process of renovating the rooms. The hotel is dog friendly and is set in beautiful grounds. Would definitely recommend this hotel 5*

Staff were very friendly and helpful and food was delicious. Room was very comfortable but they are all soon going to get a major upgrade as hotel has just been bought and a large sum of money is going to be spent on the hotel.
