Great hotel, very comfortable with a massive bed. Bedding was soft and cozy and everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend. Self parked in the multi storey right next door and walked through the internal walkway to the hotel, very easy.

My girlfriend and I had reserved and paid for a king size room a month prior to checking in. When we arrived to the front desk however, we were informed that they ran out of king sized rooms and would "give us" a room with 2 double beds. The front desk had essentially looked at us like we were trying to book a room for the night on zero notice. With no other options, we were forced to stay the weekend in the double room.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we experienced over the 2 days were were there was the elevators not working. It seemed that out of 4 elevators only 1 was working at any given time. On 2 occasions the doors closed on us before we exited and we got stuck for a few seconds each time. Property is beautiful and located within walking distance to lots of things to do in Providence
