I genuinely enjoyed our stay, however it was really frustrating that our refrigerator didn’t work so they brought a new one that didn’t work and then when they bought a 3rd one up they just left it in the middle of the floor instead of switching it with the broken one. Other than that it was amazing.

Ed, the engineer was helpful in explaining why the room wasn’t cool enough for me at night. I thought the thermostat was broken but it doesn’t go below 68. I’m a middle aged woman, and keep my house at 64, so that’s way too high for he at night. The second night I got it to 67, I think he made it so. I appreciate that. I don’t need 64, but 68 is too high for my demographic! Also texting with Christine was also a great asset for the weekend.

Very convenient location for the RI Convention Center. Multiple lamps or light bulbs in room did not work. Room was backed up to the elevator shafts equaled constant noise/disruption. Room service breakfast was far over priced for the quality of the items

I have stayed at the Omni several times now, it never disappoints . Rooms are spacious , beds comfy bathrooms very nice . The access to shopping is great. La Fleur has a very nice breakfast and flemmings steakhouse is fantastic

My only gripe is that we werent made aware of two cards in with our room cards that gave us a couple of free perks at the hotel restaurants. We wouldve used them. We didnt notice them until we were checking out. Also, i could not register on wi-fi. Not a deal breaker.
