Amazing property! The staff are what make this place a 10/10! everyone was helpful and friendly. Safety is a big deal for me, this place made me feel safe secure. I was able to walk around the property at night, never left unsafe, everything is nicely lit! I would come back.

We enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Angelita for keeping our room clean and keeping a positive attitude with us. Special thanks to Jesus for being friendly with us at the poolside bar in the Punta Cana resort. Special thanks to Cruz for accommodating our needs at dinner at the Tequila restaurant. And special thanks to Albenis for having a fun conversation with us at the front desk. The only downside to this resort was the food and drink quality. The food was often underwhelming even at the a la carte dinners, though the variety of restaurant options was nice. The drinks felt watered down, as its effects were often unnoticed. Additionally, the workers at both the bars and restaurants were often forgetful with our requests, or were not present to meet our needs especially at the a la carte dinners. That said, this was a fun stay and I would recommend it to a future guest. The staff was nice and fun, and there was a lot of activities that the staff participate and involve the guests in. We really enjoyed the white party on our second night, where we got to dress up and dance with other guests. 4/5 stars.

I did not like that there was very little to no food available during the day by the pool, when people are drinking very strong drinks, the food that was offered was horrible. I did not like that none of the sport bars open till 6 and the app that they have is not very user friendly at all. All the resturants were full before we got there cause I could never get the app to work at home. The beds are extremly hard like sleeping on the floor.
