the pools were nice well kept property beautiful tue room accomodations were really nice views were gorgeous surrounded by can palm trees and other gorgeous plants .live music games .the food was.delicious had a.nice variety breakfast lunch and dinner.included..there are some.restaurants that need reservations with some.of the menu incled some.for.extra.fee . 4stars only because there are staff that harass you to purchase spa salon shopping until it is interrupting the casualness of exploring the.property they are EVERYWHERE .also the beach had seaweed everywhere which disturbed the vibe noone was in the water which was on the family side one good thing was 24hr cafe thar was accessible by walk or the free shuttles they provide the bar scene was fun most of the hostesses were awesome some of the premium liquor was not include there was a charge..needless to say that didnt stop our bar crawl on the property as we were celebrating 2 birthdays!!!.also the excursion option are great we chose the safari which had a nice combo of attractions. we definitely we see them again ...

Excellent service, the best restaurant the Mediterranean food, and the buffet, every person there was super friendly, we feeling wonderful. Only the shower faused was broke and the sliding door in the room was broken. The best in this hotel is the service and the activities in the hotel was very special work, congratulations to all people that work in this hotel

I originally booked at the aquamarine and they offered to upgrade me for a price but truly there was no upgrade my room didn’t have a jacuzzi and there was cockroach’s. I asked to be moved to a different room they said I had to wait. My room smelled so bad like moldy and humid and I told them about the roaches and they filled my room with bug spray. I barely slept due to the smell. Food was 6/10

The only problem we had was the shower not working properly. Water could not be balanced/ mixed properly in the shower or sinks. It was always boiling hot!.... Also they gave us no wash cloths for 2 days

I loved the staff around the whole Bahia area, they were very helpful and attentive when you had questions. The transportation around the grounds was nice and frequent to take you around to explore the other Bahia properties. The buffet was always available especially if you got not book about dinner reservations. The beach was lovely, it was easy to book excursions with your hotel front desk at a reasonable rate compared to others. There was entertainment every day as well. All around, I would say this was a good pick and I would come back.

Property needs updating. Specialty restaurants are very hard to get into. Buffet food is basically the same nightly. Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working in the buffet area. In our room the beds are very hard. Most staff were friendly, the front desk was NOT helpful when our bracelets didn’t work which was often! Carts around the hotel didn’t come around very often, they needed more on as all the hotels were packed. Many VIP carts around but would only offered to yake you if you tipped them, I don’t mind tipping but don’t tell me I need to for you to take me somewhere.

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. There was a large food selection and the food was good. All staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this property.
