I didn’t like the food. There are not too many options. Every restaurant has time limit. There is no access to all bars in the property. Thank you Expedia, booking was smooth but I am deleting this hotel I’m not going back. I will not recommend.

*MANAGEMENT* Please!!!! do not put guests in dirty smelly rooms upon arrival under the pretence you were completely booked for the night just to change our room the next day. We as guest travel a long way and this process takes up valuable time not to mention the frustration this causes. I also want to mention that the Japanese restaurant should be inspected. The smell of mold, sewer and just the overall cleanliness is a definite problem. Other than that the staff works really hard to keep you entertained, the food in the buffet was good and plentiful...and there are a number really good al a carte restaurants to choose from.

We went to relax & that’s exactly what we did. We were disappointed that there were not enough cabanas pool side & did not notice any at the beach. However, the food & service were exceptional. We would return to Bahia Principe again.

Lovely hotel and the beach was beautiful. Not enough umbrellas at beach or pool. Pool service staff were so amazing! Juan and I cannot remember the name of the lady, but they were so friendly and fast and knew what you wanted from the first drink to our last.

We have come to this property two times within six months. We enjoy the pool and the beach. The most the service has been very good, especially Louis in the breakfast buffet. We were also very happy with the friendly staff.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. The beach is not so convenient...but the pool area is nice. The dining options are 'hit and miss'. I would not recommend 'Naan' the Indian cuisine restaurant.
