Staff was very hospitable and everyone was nice to my kids. There were so many pools to swim in and lots of different restaurants and buffets.

We were extremely happy with absolutely everything. There were so many restaurants and places to visit. The food was all amazing. There is even a coffee place!!! Not to mention the ice cream and pizza spot. The staff was all so friendly as well. Rafael was amazing. He went above and beyond!! We really appreciated it I thought this was a great experience.

The customer satisfaction by our butlet rafael is 10 on 10.amazing guy.he helped from booking to events for our stay of 5 days.food is good.pool is clean.property is amazing.They have all kind of different cuisine.Drinks are amazing.Big property so you need to get carts all the time.

The pool options were great, room was nice, any problems were resolved quickly. One note if you have food allergies make sure you communicate with the staff each time you order and read the menu to see if allergens are there, we had a mix up but it was okay luckily.
