The bath towel are not clean when arriving. The other towels are not new. Some lights didn’t work well. There is no drying shelf on the terrace. Staff look tired on the daytime, almost all looked not happy. There was no guidance or reminding of the reservation rule, which leads to many confusion. There are not too many choice of the food in buffet. Some restaurants can not be booked through 3-4days. The beach towels are always out of stock then you should wait 20 minutes. It was hard to find spaces around main swimming pool as well as beach chair. In general I would not choose this hotel again.

Pros: Resort is aesthetically decorated. The fire show and dance party was good. Cons: Food taste was very bad. Only one buffet option for families with kids and the staff were very rude. Hard to get reservations at the restaurants so you are stuck with the buffet. The beach has a lot of motor boats and peddlers. The sea weed situation is not good. Everything is a long walk away. No restrooms close to the pool or beach. The waterpark is a joke. It is only for very small kids. Any kid older than 9 or 10 is going to be bored.

Everything about this resort is amazing! The staff was all wonderful. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and there is so much to do. The entertainment staff work really hard to keep the guests having a good time! Lots of food! The drinks were delicious! We can’t wait to be back!
