The property was beautiful. Just be prepapred to walk because it is HUGE! Bell hop said there's 1044 rooms. Our room was beautiful. We had the swim up pool and it didn't disappoint. The resort had so much stuff to do. The beach was clean and the main pool was huge. This place is definitely recommended for adults amd children. Would love to stay again.

The hotel and grounds are beautifull. The service of some a the staff was poor, some were a bit rude and seemed annoyed to be there. Other staff members were very nice.

Las instalaciones son buenas y cómodas, el hotel en sí, tiene una amplia variedad de cosas para hacer. La razón por la que no me hospedaría nuevamente en ese hotel, es porque aunque hay muchas personas del staff que fueron súper amables, otras no trataban de ayudarme para nada. Y otra razón es que no tienen un buen equipo de entrenamiento. Y la última razón por la que no me gustó es porque todas las reservaciones y actividades son a través de la aplicación del hotel y esta falla mucho aparte de que el wifi falla mucho en el hotel o por lo menos no alcanza a todo el complejo

Absolutely beautiful facility. The dining was great in all restaurants. My only complaint was I’m a diabetic and if would have known they don’t have Diet Coke in the DR I would have brought my own with me so the all inclusive alcohol was a problem for me. Limited drink options. No swim up bar. They need workers walking around collecting empty drink cups. No designated place for us to put them so people would just leave them laying around the pool.
