The dinning experience was not the best. You either book a reservation ( which fills up very quickly) or eat at the buffet where food looks scarce although it was a “buffet “. The steak was more often than not uncooked, no lobster, limited shrimps, not too many good options. Food often is cold. And salty..I felt like I was dieting there. I ended up eating salad most days during my stay. The pool is relatively small for a resort that big… otherwise, I had a pleasant experience there. The staff is very friendly. However, I had to call the front desk 4 times for 1 toothbrush. I requested a happy birthday banner on my door which never happened… The place is not bad but it definitely needs to be improved.

Wonderful property. My family loved the many restaurants, pools, bars. The spa was great. The pools side bars and chairs and drinks served were superb. The room itself was very spacious, neat and had all we needed. The coffee shop and icecream shop was delightful. Staff were great.. we made beautiful memories in this resort.. thanks Lopesan !

Food should taste way better and all the outlets in the rooms needs to be updated. All loose outlets. We had a total of 7rooms in our party and everyone said the same problem with their room. The check in process is terrible. 35 min for pre-check in.

Property is beautiful — well designed. Feels elevated. Gardens and pathways with infinity pools and water features everywhere. Attention to detail is apparent. At night it's expertly lit. Definitely go for a stroll. Service was very good. People were friendly and accommodating. The main buffet has lots of options for all tastes. We ate well, and had zero issues. Food is fresh and table service is quick and efficient. Keep up the great work! All A-la-carte restaurants are quite good and really feel like you are not at an all inclusive. Food and service was good and people took it seriously. Book your restaurants as soon as you can as they fill up, but it's worth it! Rooms are clean and spacious. We had double queens balcony. We slept well. Resort is big, be ready to walk, don't let this deter you tho, the pathways and gardens make it feel like you're not walking far at all. The resort was apparently fully booked, but it never felt crowded... quite amazing really. Kids water park IS a bit of a hike but there are shops, restaurants and coffee along the way. Pools: lots of good pool options from quiet to more open, and adult only options as well. Beach is nice with lots of huts that you will have to claim in the morning. Water is shallow but drops off quickly. There are a lot of boats in the area. It's a busy zone but you can still enjoy the beach — if you are looking for total quiet, this could be a negative. Overall a really good experience and we'd go back again!

Property was amazing but some of the requests were not accommodated. Some of the staff were not able to understand basic english. (Not in a bad way but I think it is needed since the hotel caters to clients internationally) otherwise everything was awesome. Family had fun 😊

While the resort itself is nice the service was beyond disappointing. The check-in process took over 45 minutes—and that was after reaching the counter. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed every time I interacted with them. I witnessed this behavior repeatedly throughout my stay with other guests. The food at the resort was HORRIBLE. We ended up going off the resort just to find a decent meal. Between the poor service and terrible food, I won’t be returning!
