This resort comes highly recommended. Everything about our time there was fantastic. The staff, every single person, was so friendly, hardworking, and helpful. Our butler was wonderful. The restaurants and coffee shop were so good. The grounds were clean and aesthetically pleasing. We love this place and we will be returning in the future.

We stayed at this resort for our honeymoon and, while the property itself was stunning, our entire experience was ruined after $1400 USD was stolen directly from the safe in our room. When we reported the theft, we expected empathy and professionalism. Instead, we were made to feel like liars. The staff interrogated us and even went through our personal belongings, which was incredibly invasive and disrespectful. They told us an internal investigation would be conducted and that we’d receive a response within 48 hours. That never happened. We didn’t receive any form of real communication until a full month after we had returned home. The final verdict? That they had completed an investigation and found “no anomalies.” No explanation. No accountability. Just a generic brush-off. What should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime trip was completely overshadowed by this horrible experience. Do not trust the staff here — their words hold no weight, and your belongings are not safe. We are devastated and incredibly disappointed. Think twice before booking here.

The customer service is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make a memorable vacation. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The only thing I can see improving is the French restaurant. We tried a few dining options there and none live up to the hype. However, there are so many dining options that you will surely find something good at any of the other restaurants. We will definitely be going back to this hotel and recommend it to our friends.

I stayed here back in 2019 when they first opened and decided to return in 2025. The buffet has gone down hill alittle but not terrible. Food is better than other resorts i have stayed at. The butler service was ok, definitely not as good as in 2019 though. Overall i enjoy coming here and will be back again

Food was hit and miss, some of it was really bad and some other dishes were really good. Bed was comfortable but pillows were lumpy. Bedding outside in cabana was used and dirty with old vomit on it. Swim up bar close to our room was very difficult to get a person to attend to us. No one was ever there. Also, had to switch rooms in the middle of our stay because the Air Conditioning was not cooling, new room was not much better… made it hard to sleep every night … will not be returning to any majestic property again

The property was absolutely gorgeous from the outside and the inside of the rooms. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again in the future. I hope they build a more Majestic resorts elsewhere

Food options were solid. Staff was great. Furniture and rooms need to be refreshed. Family pool is dated and clearly having issues with the pump as it was starting to develop algae like material. The family pool should be refurbished. Since we were happy with the drinks, food and staff this overcame some of the shortfalls but before returning updates are needed.

Loved the adult club side. The service was excellent, and the rooms was cleaned. The rooms has some wear and tear but they are cleaned. We had the swim up room which was very nice. The property is well kept.

The check-in experience was excessively prolonged, and when I finally made it to my room, I was greeted by a state of disarray that clearly required urgent attention. They had set up a hospital bed for my son, which I quickly had taken away given the room's shabby appearance. The air was thick with unpleasant odors akin to mildew, vinegar, and overpowering ammonia. I was told that no other rooms were available, which was completely unacceptable, forcing me to endure the foul smell throughout my stay. I was also frustrated to not receive the promised sparkling wine or resort credit. The toilets in the bathroom were barely operational, and the bed frames were in desperate need of replacement. Cleanliness was lacking, with dirt and debris visible, and the balcony was equally unkempt, littered with hair. The minibar was not restocked adequately, despite my numerous requests, and when I asked for fresh towels, they were not provided. After my son returned from the ocean covered in seaweed, I expected the shower to be cleaned the next day, but it was still in the same condition. The only redeeming feature was that the air conditioning worked. Things took a turn for the worse when the mobile air conditioning unit leaked water all over the floor. I informed Nicaury about the flooding, but no immediate help was offered, nor was there a thorough investigation until management finally showed up. The customer service from the beginning to end is exceptional. This was one of our best trips and the experience will be unforgettable. The food was great the drinks and the people. We will definitely go back.

I was a little disappointed this time around. Our air wasn't working at first and when they said they fixed it, it truly wasn't fixed because we could not control the temperature of the room and it became extremely cold in our room. We were told that they could give us extra blankets for the bed. I had to open the patio door to keep it from being unbearably cold which made the floors sweat and we had to be careful so that we didn't slip and fall. I was really disappointed with this. We dined at the Japanese restaurant which I was also disappointed with because the rice was under cooked which had it hard, and the meat was tough. The steak house was the best part of my trip to be honest. Our butler Leonel was awesome as well.

This was my second time at the property. I love the services overall, but more so the warm hospitality of the Dominican people; they ensure you feel like a king and queen. I highly recommend it.

The overall property and staff was great. The food offerings and bar staff were always friendly and happy. The location is good as it's far enough away from the city but not that far.

Friendly staff, plenty of great options, and very clean! The team was always engaging and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We recommend arranging everything through your resort for the best experience. A special mention to Wilbert, our butler, he was outstanding and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!
