I came to Majestic Mirage for my sisters 21st birthday along with my mom. We had an amazing time, they were able to decorate the room with only one day notice before our arrival. The entire experience from checking in to checking out was excellent. They greet you at the door with cool towels and take you to an area to check in with drinks and small bites. The options for restaurants were also very good. Our room was constantly maintained. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering.

Overall, my experience at this property was pretty good. Most of the restaurant food that was cooked to order was great but buffet meals (e.g., marketplace and seaside) as well as the sports bar were terrible. It was very evident a lot of the food was old/expired and the breads/dessert were clearly reheated multiple times and well past their prime. Considering how much the resort costs this should never happen as it could cause food-borne illnesses. The staff and property were amazing though the checkin process was quite slow. The activities, however, were very lack luster and mostly boring. Overall, I had a decent time but will probably not return.

The room was huge and very spacious — worth every penny. We had the VIP package, which I highly recommend if it’s available. Having our own butler (Osvaldo) was a huge plus; he was excellent, respectful, and always available whenever we needed anything. He knew the property well, checked in when he arrived, and let us know when he was leaving for the day. The only small disappointment was when we called the operator for some housekeeping items late at night (after 9 p.m.) — they never arrived, which may have been due to the hour. The restaurants were great, I’d rate them between 8 and 10. There are four restaurants and one buffet, all offering good variety and service. The staff overall were wonderful — always greeting you with a smile and making you feel welcome.
