The property is huge. Im grateful for the golf cart transportation. The food was great, the main pool was awesomeness. The beach was beautiful but, alot of people trying to sell things are really aggresive and it made me stay away from the beach.

From the moment we arrived, Kilvana ensured that every detail of our vacation was taken care of with the utmost professionalism and warmth. Whether it was arranging reservations, answering our questions, or simply checking in on how we were enjoying our time, she went above and beyond to make us feel like VIP guests. Her dedication to excellence made our stay seamless and stress-free, and we truly felt pampered thanks to her thoughtful gestures. Another standout team member was Robert, the lifeguard. Spending time at the pool with young children can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Robert’s watchful eye and charismatic personality put us completely at ease. He not only ensured that safety was a top priority but also interacted with guests in such a friendly and approachable manner that made our poolside experience so much more enjoyable. This is an absolutely stunning property especially the grounds. The rooms were not new or especially updated but they are spacious and clean. We had five to our room - a Level suite - it was huge, private and we loved it! Food was delicious and fresh, we ate at almost all the options and loved each one! It is a massive property and there is lots of walking so be mindful if that’s challenging for you, however there were also lots of options for rides if you wanted/needed. My only critique here is common at almost every all in resort and that’s the beach and pool chair situation. I wish someone could sort this one out but I mostly blame the guests for this, hoarding seats and not allowing for a natural flow of use is a big part of the problem. I feel like guests should be assigned spots or something at time of booking - this made for a few stressful mornings until we caved and decided to pay extra for the Bali beds. Annoying to have an extra expense ($45US/day) on top of an already pricey stay, but also just so much nicer to not worry about finding chairs and shade each day. I wish this was an option to add on at time of booking. All in all we had an outstanding stay and I would return in a heartbeat!
