Resort is beautiful & very very large! Food is just like any other buffets. Best food was at the Japanese restaurant and room service. Need better transportation service to get around. Too fat apart to walk to everything at resort. Need location signs on building or even different colors so that you can find your room easier!

We trwere trying to make the best of it, this has been the worse resort I’ve ever stayed at. Our room was ready at 3pm but our luggage was still sitting out by the check in area. If the room was ready, why weren’t our bags not already in the room or on the way? My husband had to bring our luggage as we couldn’t wait because we needed to feed our 1 year old and needed her formula. The room is nothing special and it feels run down. Prior to arriving I requested a crib and was informed that they would do their best as it is based on availability. I totally understand that. I again asked for a crib when we checked in. They gave me a pack and play which would have been fine except that they put a crib in my sister’s room and they don’t have a baby with them. I called concierge on our first night and asked them to please bring the crib from her room to mine and they never came. On our second day we had to call 4 times and they only brought the crib when my husband got rude on the phone and they brought the crib at 10pm when my daughter was already sleeping. They ran out of towels by the pool, the drinks went from ok to mediocre depending on who made them. The food has also been a hit or miss. There have been some dishes that t

The property was absolutely beautiful however, the rooms are outdated and not really all that nice. The staff by far were amazing 11 out of 10. The food in the buffet area was really good but not the restaurants. The food lacked flavor and or atmosphere. The all inclusive drinks are cheap and if you want some mixed drinks staff really don’t know how to make drinks. Out of 10 drinks ordered one was actually good.
