Our family traveled at the end of May 2025 for one week and had a wonderful time. We were a group of 6 adults and two children. We had two deluxe rooms, one king and the other was two double beds and a sofa bed, overlooking the resort where the pool area is. We had one more deluxe King room overlooking the garden view which was nice and quiet. Rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. Staff overall was friendly, met us with smiles and a good time. We also did our share of tips which is important in these all inclusive hotels. Antonio the concierge and Luisa the hotel manager had done a great deal by accommodating our every need. They were very pleasant. Antonio sent us the activities for our family to enjoy each day and planned dinner reservations for us. Shows were great in the evening. Kidsdom offered different activities for kids everyday, from cookie & pizza making, to flying kites and dance parties. They were very involved with the kids, and took good care of them by providing the necessary attention, if we wanted to enjoy a romantic couple's dinner together. We did not have circle membership, however it seems as it was worth it to purchase to get extra perks such as better quality alcohol and services. Overall highly recommend.

We spent a week with my wife, the hotel is great, beautiful beach, great pools and amenities. We booked the adults only resort but at check in they told us that we were at the family side and if we wanted a room in the adults area we had to pay an extra fee of 700 dollars.
