Omg what is not to like. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. The buffet was so good. Tons of options. Shout out to Ruby for taking such good care of us. The italian restaurant had a good salad bar but the food was very mediocre.I had ravioli and they were a little too firm. The Spanish restaurant was also mediocre. I had the pig cheek and it was just okay. The Asian restaurant Yokohama was very good. I had the salmon and would recommend. The French restaurant Crystal was good too. The beef was melt in your mouth. The steakhouse was my absolute favorite. I had a ribeye and a carribean lobster. The lobster omg! The entertainment was hit and miss for me. The drink service was top notch and Arial made sure we wanted for nothing. I felt like royalty. They have a huge area but the shows and music are for 70 plus and little kids. Then the Riu party are is for 20-30. I only stayed about a half hour. Was feeling a bit creepy. I’m 48 and wanted something in between the two.They are really missing out in this demographic. The beach was beautiful. There are a lot of palm trees so you have your choice of sun or shade. They also bring you drinks on the beach! Again feeling like royalty. The water is clean and warm. The sand is soft and the lawn chairs are plentiful. The only downside, and there is nothing the resort can do about this, but the pushy vendors. The massage people just start touching you and won’t take no for an answer. Ugh.

The property was beautiful, but the rooms smelled moldy and musty when I told guest services they didn’t seemed too concerned. They were dirty dishes every where in hallways, in ashtray, in lobby. When we checked in guest services said we DIDNT NEED RESERVATIONS for the 5 restaurants on the property but guess what you kinda did or you had to stand in line for hour and still my not get to eat and all the restaurants had very, very limited selection. The buffets were ok but I didn’t want to eat the buffet every meal.

We are an older couple and wanted room service with coffee and juice delivered to our room in the mornings. We tried to arrange this on 3 different days and was unsuccessful so we gave up. Also would suggest have the kids entertainment earlier. It ran till 9pm which is quite late. Most of the staff was friendly… not all.

The place is so family friendly with safe and big water park for adults and kids. Very clean facility, beautiful beach, easy to get around with all inclusive food options for all, including gluten-free options. We enjoyed our stay so much.
