The transportation from the airport to the resort did not have working AC? It was blowing hot air. I in error paid 2x for the transportation through Expedia and am still waiting for my refund to be processed. I advised the transportation service of the refund needed as well. I am still waiting for the refund. We arrived to an incorrect room as we requested king size bed they gave us 2 double beds. We then requested a king size bed and it was given to us advising it was an upgrade? The room was average but had roaches in the shower and sitting area. The staff was excellent from customer service to the dining areas.

the place nice. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. is just a bit outdated compared to other resorts but it was still good experience. the stores inside the resort are extremely pricey triple the price more than in the actual airport & compared to outside stores.
