Very uncomfortable stay. Rooms are clean but between the rusted fixtures, mold infestation through the hotel hallways, doors not closing securely and rooms. Staff shown pure disregard to African Americans and refuse to service us.

What I liked most was the attention of the staff at the check-in counter and the prompt solution to repair defects in the room What I liked least was the attention, service and quality of the food in the restaurants, especially the one called (Kulinarium)

el lugar es agradable, las habitaciones son limpias pero muy basicas. la comida es bueno pero los restaurantes es difícil acceder a ellos porque no es con reserva y tienen una capacidad de pocas personas .el servicio en los restaurantes no es el mejor. No es el mejor hotel pero puede ser una categoría 3-4 estrellas buena. tiene buen entrenamiento nocturno pero a las 11pm se acaba todo

The lady at destination services for riu transportation was so so rude. The tv and coffee maker did not work. I called for assistance but it was never replace. I dont recommend this hotel.

La comida malisima, lo mismo todos los días. Los restaurantes son buffets, solo uno es a la carta y si no vas al horario de apertura para reservar te quedas sin comer. En uno de los buffets habían moscas en la comida. Las habitaciones antiguas, les faltaba mantenimiento y pintura. El aire acondicionado sonaba muy fuerte. En definitiva no volvería a este hotel. El entretenimiento fue lo único excelente.

Overall good. Attentive staff that take care of you. Fun events and hard not to have a good time. Food, buffets specifically, were meh. The restaurants were a bit better but nothing out of this world. Had a hard time with outlets in my room, specifically charging my phone. Power also went out like twice including the water. But I did have a good time overall.
