El hotel en general, es muy bueno y disfrutas en familia. Es muy bonito y espacioso. La comida del buffet es buena. Encontrar reservaciones para los restaurantes fue un reto; solo pude disfrutar de 1 reservación y la experiencia no fue extraordinaria. Fue un poco incómodo, el que en la piscina las personas “reservan” las sillas con toallas (pero se van y las dejan “reservadas”) dificultando encontrar sillas/espacios para utilizar. En general, volvería al lugar.

Many selections available during all buffets. Could use more labeling for selections. Very seldomly things were labeled. Maid see was fantastic. Having a child with a few disabilities, we often visit the room. They worked around us. Staff very friendly.

I’ll start with you get what you pay for. For the price it’s not terrible, the staff were friendly but the food was not great at all. The temperature of the food was warm, the juices were warm, no flavor, very limited with food choices. The fridge in the room was not working at all, the ac was not working.

My family stayed here for one week to celebrate a 50 year anniversary, while the rooms were cleaned and beds were awesome but didn't have enough towels in the room(hand towels, wash cloths,etc). What my family noticed was that the toilets were not spacious, dining area was just a buffet area for breakfast, lunch and dinner, unless you reserved to eat at the Italian and Japanese restaurants. Other restaurants were for platinum members. At the buffet area servers did not come by often to fill drinks or take drinks orders, ice cream shop only had two choices of ice cream. It seemed to me that they only worked if you had tip money for them. It also felt like I was bothering them at work. Though the resort had three big swimming pools they were out dated and swim up bar needs one more bartender to keep up with the orders or have servers deliver drinks to the pool. Snack bar is far from the swim up bar pool. Golf carts need to run more often to transport people to and from lobby and buffet area. Our balcony door didn't lock and our air conditioner was cool but didn't get cold until the last day we were there. I plan on going back to DR but going to stay at a different resort

The hospitality was terrible. We didn’t have enough towels in our room even after calling and asking multiple times every day. The app didn’t work for booking restaurants. We repeatedly called for towels and blanket and no one ever showed up with the items needed. My daughter had to sleep in bed with my wife and I because there wasn’t enough blankets for our family of 5

Absolutely stunning facility, what I imagine when I think of a resort. The rooms but roomy and updated, the pools large and clean. And the food was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and a variety of options. Highly recommend
