Staff were great and helpful however property has been run down a little and it shows in the room and breakfast areas. There needs to be a greater emphasis placed on enhancing customer experience with room check in. Specifically the smell in the room was one of staleness and a little body odour.

We tried it out because it was about $100 cheaper than our usual stop at Normadin. The facilities were very old (I.e. tape holding the chair together), dated, musty, and very few amenities. We would not stay here again, the savings were not worth losing the comforts. However, it was a cheap option for a pet friendly hotel during our travel.

I just needed a clean bed to sleep in on my way through from the Maritimes to Ontario. It's right off the highway and easy to find. These basic hotels don't tend to have elevators, so if you're not prepared to lug all your stuff up the stairs, request a first floor room.

Close to Ferry from Lévis to old Quebec But had no shuttle service to areas Taxi was $19. 00 Info on restaurant across street 20% discount was great good menu
