I would stay here again.

The room was very clean and nice. The front desk staff was excellent. The breakfast was above average— chives in the scrambled eggs and sausage gravy with lots of sausage. The faucet on the sink was broken—couldn’t do cold water. I didn’t have time to report until checking out; the desk agent seemed very concerned and made note of the problem. Be sure to pull the darkening shades and turn down the thermostat for sleeping. Also I heard a train go by twice during the night but couldn’t see the tracks from my room.

Ray was great, taking the time to clear my car of snow, as the rental car did not come with a scraper. He went above and beyond and apparently, not just for me but for other guests as well. He is a credit to this hotel!

Hyatt Place

Don't really have any complaints, for a hotel in a college town it was probably above average. It's just that one gets spoiled when staying at a Hyatt Regency and then there's not one nearby, and the only option is Hyatt Place.
