Fazia uns anos que não ia ao Bugan, mas confesso que me surpreendeu negativamente, recepção com cheiro de tinta extremamente forte, quarto com cheiro de mofo, colchão duro, amenidades ruins. O hotel tem um cardápio de travesseiros, pedimos um travesseiro de lavanda para ver se o cheiro de mofo amenizava, não tinha o de lavanda então trouxeram outro, nada demais até aí , quando então tiramos o travesseiro do plástico , veio sem fronhas e travesseiros completamente sujos e amarelados, não dava para usar. A estrutura do lobby continua bonita, o café da manhã era bom, mas nada surpreendente. O que foi muito bom foi o atendimento muito cordial do recepcionista.
