Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Rest of room fine. 2 bottles of water listed as if they were a big thing. No breakfast. All food very expensive. Almost all employees on casino floor are disgruntled or unhappy. No one smiles and seem bothered by you even asking them for assistance. Would not recommend staying there.

We had 3 things that were not up to code in our room alone: no cover on bathroom light so wires were exposed and one outlet didn’t even have a bulb in it the beds had stains on them, the carpet was disgusting and old Was wrinkles in it (tripping hazard). The clothes iron also had a piece missing with wires exposed AND I literally wiped a booger of the door handle Last but not least, your managers that I spoke to were very rude They both pointed out that I should have brought it to their attention when we got there and saw the room. We got in at what would have been 3am est and were there for My stepdaughter’s wedding: therefore, we were extremely busy and unable to stop at the desks - especially when the lines were long. It was just an all-around bad experience Very disappointed

The pool area was spacious and family friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The carpet in the hallway areas wear dirty and old. There were were large rips and large wrinkles which made it unsafe.
