El desayuno era lo mismo todos las 4 mañanas que yo estuve pero La comida está pasable me limpiaron el cuarto todos los días 👍 Avían muchos zancudos tu ve comprar repelente 2 veces $15 dólares cada uno El taxi es 30 dólares cada vuelta Las personas no son muy amables nunca sonríen

I gave this property a bad rating and not because I got to see it, but because of the reasons I didn't get to go. I was very much looking forward to this trip and luckily purchased the trip protection. I had a death in my family and needed to cancel. The airline let us cancel immediately, however this property refused to let us cancel so we are jumping through hoops with the trip insurance claim. It was a very poor look for this property. We will be going to Roatan soon but will not book here!

The setting is absolutely gorgeous. Issues with water one day because of something getting broken on a main but was repaired. Food was plentiful if not overly delicious. We totally loved our stay and would do it again.

The pool was dirty. There was not electricity and their generators was not working. 2 days with no electricity no fans and not discount after sleeping in the hottest weather. The staff gave 1/2 service. They Need to improve the food menu. HOWEVER?, beaches are beautiful .

The hotel lost power and did not have a back up plan in place. My family had no AC and the heat was terrible and I was locked out of my room and because they had no power they couldn’t make keys. Food was mediocre, not a lot of options. Pool was dirty. Rooms are not that nice. The only beautiful thing is the beach. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay in a better quality place.

Beautiful beach and large swim area. Right on the coral reef for great snorkeling! Large area with many different sections to explore. Able to get away from everyone or be in the middle of all the fun.

This property is the worst I've ever been to. The room was disgusting and dirty. The staff was terrible and the food and service was awful. I will never stay here and I suggest no one stay here. Expedia did a very poor job of helping me with this booking. The pictures you see on expedia and website are not the way it is in person. Its the worst lie of adverstising

The was awful. I travel with a friend and you are out every day 2 to 4 times a day. Not worth all inclusive. Alcoholic is well drink, we but brought bottles of Don Julio. When we went to another resort for 3 days at infinity bay. Light out at 11:00. Bar close at 10:00 no nite life at all .... Don't stay here you will end up spending much more, due to bad food and drinks.

I don't do reviews but feel I need to share. The front desk staff was not very nice as we didn't speak Spanish. The rest of the staff was not much better. The property is very old. The first room they gave us, you couldn't even open the bathroom door all the way because the bed was in the way and the shower door was about to fall off. I would not waste your money on this place!!
