Decent with some drawbacks

Relatively clean but rooms are small and outdated tv. The shower drain was partially blocked. Breakfast was basic pastries and a waffle machine

The property was clean, not too small. Just right for an overnight stay. There was a Chili's restaurant in walking distance. It was pretty friendly. Breakfast was pretty. Staff was friendly. They allow pets.

I asked for a first floor room, as my son is handicapped and cannot climb stairs, and once AGAIN we were assigned a room on the second floor. I do not know where the communication disconnect arises, but this is a very annoying situation when I have to change my plans because the hotel does not read, or honor requests.

Stay here! It was worth my research and searching for an overnight low budget place to stay. Super clean. Though there is no elevator - they make up for it with accommodating service and great environment.

This was a really great value in A safe neighborhood. The place was generally clean. We would go back again. The only complaint was that the toilet seat would not stay up lol

This Microtel was a great value. Very simple, no extras. Very clean - our sheets smelled fresh of laundry detergent and bleach. Staff upon check-in was friendly and welcoming. Outside area was clean, neat and in good condition. Breakfast was basic but did offer hardboiled eggs the and yogurt which were appreciated options other than bread. A great stay at a good price.
