Staff was extremely helpful, and pleasant. You couldn't ask for better service. The property itself was very clean and rooms were set up to accommodate our sleeping arrangement needs. The property is convenient to the bus and metro, and you can walk to the grocery store and some restaurants. Overall, a great experience!!

We loved our stay at the Aurelia Vatican Apartments. Staff members were friendly, easy to contact and attentive. They gave some great dinner and sight seeing recommendations. Bus stop and metro real close to the property.

Air conditioning was great and front staff was super friendly and helpful. The actual property was a little farther from the metro stop than desired with some fairly empty lots and paths leading to the property, but the bus drop-off was right next to the property once we arrived.

Overall, I have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk person, Sam, went above and beyond in recommending places in Rome for a first-timer. The room is very clean and air-conditioned. The only issue besides that was the location, as we usually needed a 30 minutes commute by public transport to get to major attractions.

We had a loft terrace for a very decent price. Both Nus and Sam from reception were very nice. They are there usually between 9AM and 10PM so you have to prearrange to pick up your keys outside of these hours. They are very helpful.

We arrived very early, and they were kind enough to hold onto our bags and even delivered them to our rooms while we were out sight-seeing for the day. Giada was so very helpful providing information and directions, as well. Traveling from outside the country, her kindness was truly helpful and appreciated! Many thanks! We will definitely recommend to our friends who may visit Rome. We also requested transport to the airport, and the driver arrived on time and was very personable, as well.

We loved our stay! The staff was fantastic and so helpful and kind. The room itself was really nice as well. Great distance to places to go and the staff gave fantastic recommendations for places to go on things to do. Our room was very nice and tidy, and we had our towels and things replenished every day.
