Room was loud from Street noise and unbearably hot for the 3 day stay even after concierge said they fixed it. Concierge was cold and not friendly or helpful. Maybe because of my skin colour but the attitude was as though we weren’t good enough. No help with the bags up the atairs to the elevators . No on site or street parking and forced to use a 3rd party parking lot the hotel partners with . Rental company said they put 1300km on the meter. We only drove to and fro from hotel and airport. The parking service put the mileage on the car. No hand soap in washroom for 3 days. Shower was dirty from day one and by the end of the stay i had a rash on my two feet. Limited options for breakfast. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

I had booked my eurotrip for two travelers. When i arrived the hotel gave me a room not much bigget than a garden shed with a tiny bed. The conceige said i had booked for one in expedia and to add insult to injury tgey charged me a single supplement. Offensive uncorteus and non caring ill never book with best western again and remind anyone. No one should have to stay in such a claustrohobic room. Well maybe if youre in prison

The staff members were very friendly. Our air conditioner was out for almost our entire stay (10 days) and was 80-85 degrees in our room. The shower is extremely small and it is about 25 minute walk from some main attractions. Taxi fairs were extremely high for a 10 minute drive. There were times we couldn’t get a taxi due to high demand. We had to walk from Colosseum due to the high taxi demand and it took 45 minutes to get back to the hotel (walking and road closures) This hotel is located in a residential area, very quiet. There is a super market conveniently located next door.

Not the best hotel we’ve been to. Next time we are in Italy we will be staying a different hotel. We needed an extra night at the hotel because our flight got rescheduled and they could not accommodate us. The air conditioning malfunctioned about a day before our check out time as well. We asked for a taxi to our airport and the person up front said they were going on strike. We asked a few taxi drivers that same day if the going on strike thing was true and they stated that was not true.

Good service spoke Italian and English pretty nice area but no souviner shops anywhere close have to go to central Rome for those. Had free water coke and juice in the mini fridge. Only problem was on our last day in the morning of checkout 2 random people walked in and out of our room I'm guessing to see if we checked out or not.

Our room wasn’t supposed to be ready until 2pm, but my husband wasn’t feeling well and they got us in the room by noon. The front desk personnel were very friendly and kind. They got us a taxi to take us to the Vatican and also helped us with transportation to the airport. The hotel was spotless and our room very comfortable and clean.

We loved out stay, it was very close to the tram, a great supermarket, and am incredible restaurant (Perilli al Flaminio). They had complimentary Italian snacks and drinks in our fridge for free! My only complaint is that we were charged a 60€ tourist tax at the end of our stay, which surprised us. But we loved our stay, the service was excellent and attentive, they let us check in a few hours early, and were willing to hold onto our luggage after our checkout for the day.
