Enjoyed Rome, but quite disappointed by restaurants

Enjoyable experience, sights amazing very easy to locate using local map from Hotel, Hotel staff very helpful and accomodating, but felt let down with the restaurants was looking for that wow factor of Italian food, have experienced better service and food back home in our local Italian restaurant.

Angaben in der Beschreibung stimmen nicht

Pros: ganz gute Lage. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß oder öffentlich gut zu erreichen. Nette günstige Kaffees um die Ecke.

Cons: Die Beschreibung korrigieren.

Achtung. Dieses Hotel hat entgegen der Angaben auf seiner Seite kein eigenes eingeschlossenes Parking. Öffentliches Parken oder Parkhaus um die Ecke gegen Gebühr. Und auch die offizielle Bettensteuer in Rom war (wenn auch nur geringfügig) höher als angegeben. Das Hotelpersonal zeigte wenig Einsicht, dass hier ein Mangel vorliegt. Das macht nicht den besten Eindruck. Ansonsten hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel selbst ist einfach, zur Straße hin hellhörig. Der Safe funktionierte nicht. Vom Glamour des ehemaligen Fitzroy ist nicht mehr viel übrig. Auschecken ist morgens bereits bis 10Uhr. Sagen wir, für den Preis war es schon ok dort.
